Abstract:

A display method and a display apparatus. The display method comprises: determining whether an image to be displayed is a special image (S101); when it is determined that the image to be displayed is the special image, sending an instruction corresponding to the image to be displayed (S102); receiving the instruction, generating image data of the image to be displayed according to the instruction, and sending the image data (S103); receiving the image data, and displaying the image to be displayed according to the image data (S104); and when it is determined that the image to be displayed is not the special image, sending the image data of the image to be displayed (S105). The display method may further comprise classifying the image to be displayed (S100). By means of classifying an image to be displayed, and for a special image, firstly transmitting an instruction corresponding to the image to be displayed and then generating image data of the image to be displayed according to the instruction, the amount of data transmission is reduced, so that not only may power consumption be reduced, but also the transmission efficiency may be improved, thus a frame frequency of an image displayed on a display apparatus is ensured without the need of improving a transmission rate of a signal line, and electromagnetic interference is thereby prevented.
