Abstract:
Disclosed are a display method of a cursor for displaying the cursor, capable of keeping track of and designating a position in a depth direction of a two-dimensional image, and a display program of the cursor. The disclosed display method of the cursor displays a cursor (2) which is freely capable of movement operations in designating a point of interest within a two-dimensional image within which laser point group data (1) distributed upon three-dimensional coordinates are represented according to a predetermined view position; wherein the display method of the cursor is constituted to compute a corresponding position upon the three-dimensional coordinates of the point of interest within the two-dimensional image, define a predetermined planar diagram area (3) perpendicular with respect to the view position direction, including the corresponding position, with the corresponding position as a reference upon the three-dimensional coordinates, partition, with the planar diagram area (3) as a reference, a viewing area which passes within the planar diagram area (3) from the view position, and perform non-display processing on the laser point group data (1) disposed within any of the partitioned areas.
