Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of terminals, and discloses a display method and an electronic device. The present application can improve the sticking image phenomenon of a display screen, prolong the service life of the display screen, and improve the display effect of the electronic device. The method comprises: an electronic device displays a first interface of a first application; the electronic device detects that the first application applies for a first permission, the first permission being used for forbidding the operating system of the electronic device to enter a sleep state; if the first application obtains the first permission, the electronic device can start to detect whether the display content of the currently displayed first interface is changed; if the display content of the first interface is not changed, the electronic device can automatically display a second interface, the second interface being an interface after the first interface is shifted by at least one pixel unit in a first direction.
