Abstract:
A method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a display method for a touch input device, the touch input device comprising a touch screen, a touch screen controller for detecting the magnitude of pressure of a touch inputted onto the surface of the touch screen, and a control unit for controlling the touch screen on the basis of information detected by the touch screen controller. The method comprises: a detection step in which, in a state where the display screen of the touch screen is turned off and when an object touches a first area of the surface of the touch screen, the touch screen controller detects the magnitude of pressure inputted onto the first area; and a display step in which, when the detected magnitude of the pressure is greater than a first reference pressure, the control unit controls the touch screen such that a second area of the display screen of the touch screen is displayed.
