Abstract:
A display module is disclosed. The disclosed display module comprises: a substrate; a plurality of self-light-emitting devices mounted on the front surface of the substrate; a driver IC mounted on the rear surface of the substrate; and a heat dissipation structure connected to a ground layer disposed inside the substrate, including a ground pad exposed to the rear surface of the substrate, and dissipating heat to the rear of the substrate.
