Abstract:
A display panel according to one embodiment comprises: a substrate; a plurality of pixel circuits, which is provided on the substrate and drives a plurality of inorganic light-emitting elements; a test wiring, which is provided on the substrate and extends from the edge of the substrate; a resistance layer provided on the test wiring; an insulation layer provided between the test wiring and the resistance layer; and a resistance structure provided on the test wiring, wherein the resistance structure comprises: at least two vias passing through the insulation layer so as to connect the test wiring to the resistance layer; and a portion of the resistance layer connected to the test wiring by means of the at least two vias, and a current applied to the test wiring is introduced to the resistance layer through one of the at least two vias.
