Abstract:
A display panel, a display apparatus and a method for rendering sub-pixels. The display panel is formed by arranging pixels in multiple rows and multiple columns, wherein each of the pixels is formed by arranging at least three kinds of sub-pixels of different primary colours; an arrangement manner of the sub-pixels in each pixel and an arrangement manner of the sub-pixels in each of two adjacent pixels in the row direction are mirror-symmetrical in the row direction, and any one sub-pixel in each pixel has, in an adjacent pixel, an adjacent sub-pixel of the same colour in the row direction; and every two adjacent sub-pixels of the same colour of the adjacent pixel are merged into a strong sub-pixel and share a pair of electrodes. This display directly reduces the complexity of a circuit of the display panel, reduces the manufacturing cost of the display panel, may have higher light-emitting efficiency, a smaller pixel area and fewer driving circuits, and can be used for manufacturing low-cost colour-display apparatuses with high pixel densities.
