Abstract:
Disclosed are a display panel and a display apparatus provided with same. The display panel comprises an active area and a non-active area provided around the active area, the non-active area comprising a bonding area of a peripheral circuit, wherein a bonding pad of the bonding area comprises a bonding pad body, and a first bonding pad unit and a second bonding pad unit provided on two sides of the bonding pad body, lateral sides, facing away from the bonding pad body, of the first bonding pad unit and the second bonding pad unit are provided as protruding-recessed edges, and the protruding-recessed edges of the first bonding pad unit and the second bonding pad unit are alternately provided. By means of the method, carrying out protruding-recessing processing on a bonding pad of a bonding area can increase the area of an overlapping area where a display panel is in contact with a peripheral circuit and ensures a pitch between bonding pads, so that the production yield of a bonding process can be effectively increased and the costs are reduced.
