A display panel (1) and a display apparatus (33). The display panel (1) comprises a plurality of display units (2) distributed in an array, and each display unit (2) comprises a display device (3) and a photosensitive device (4) provided in the same layer; one side of each display unit (2) is provided with a light-reflecting unit (5) for reflecting part of light emitted by the display device (3) to the photosensitive device (4) to detect brightness data of the light emitted by the display device (3).
