Abstract:
Disclosed is a display panel which can maintain high green light extraction efficiency and obtain high color purity with consideration given to human visibility. Specifically provided is a display panel (10) for displaying an image by emitting light from the display surface side (F), the display panel being provided with: a reflection layer (12); a first electrode (14) which is formed in a layer shape on the display surface side (F); a light emitting layer (15) which is formed in a layer shape on the display surface side; a second electrode (16) which is formed in a layer shape on the display surface side and through which light is transmitted; a first filter (13) which is disposed between the reflection layer (12) and the first electrode (14), and reduces light included in a narrow wavelength range including yellowish green, of light emitted from a green light emitting layer (15G); and a second filter (17) which is disposed on the display surface side (F) and through which light included in a wavelength range that includes the narrow wavelength range including yellowish green and that is wider than the narrow wavelength range including yellowish green is transmitted.
