Abstract:
A display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises an optical waveguide layer (10) and a first substrate (20) which are provided opposite one another, and further comprises an electrowetting control layer (30) provided between the optical waveguide layer (10) and the first substrate (20), the electrowetting control layer (30) comprising a first electrode layer (31), a second electrode layer (34), and a grating layer (32) and an electrowetting layer (33) which are provided between the first electrode layer (31) and the second electrode layer (34), the grating layer (32) and the electrowetting layer (33) being used for enabling the optical waveguide layer to produce, by means of coupling, light rays having a preset transmittance, a preset direction and a preset wavelength.
