A display panel (100) sequentially comprises a backlight (110), a color filter layer (120), and a blue color filter (130) layered therein. The color filter layer (120) comprises a blue pixel region (121), wherein the blue pixel region (121) comprises a first sub-pixel region (122) and a second sub-pixel region (123). The blue color filter (130) has a first filter region (131) and a second filter region (132), wherein the first filter region (131) is disposed opposite the first sub-pixel region (122), and the second filter region (132) is disposed opposite the second sub-pixel region (123). Light emitted from the backlight (110) forms a first light beam (b) after passing through the first sub-pixel region (122) and the first filter region (131),and forms a second light beam (c) after passing through the second sub-pixel region (123) and the second filter region (132). The intensity of the first light beam (b) is different from that of the second light beam (c). The invention further provides a mobile terminal.
