Abstract:
A display panel (100), comprising a substrate base layer (9) and a plurality of sub-pixel units (90) disposed on the substrate base layer (9), said sub-pixel units (90) comprising a switching thin film transistor (2), a driving thin film transistor (1) and a detecting thin film transistor (3), and a first source (13) of the driving thin film transistor (1) comprising a plurality of curved strips (131) that are connected side by side; a first drain (14) comprises a plurality of straight strips (141) that are spaced apart, and the straight strips are one-to-one correspondingly inserted into openings of the curved strips (131); a zigzag gap is formed between the curved strips (131), the straight strips (141) and connecting strips (142); and a first active layer (12) corresponds to the gap to form a conductive trench (120).
