Abstract:
A display panel (100) and a display device. The display panel (100) comprises: a first substrate (10), provided with a pixel electrode (11); a second substrate (20), provided opposite the first substrate (10), a common electrode (21) being provided on the surface of the second substrate (20) facing the first substrate (10), and the common electrode (21) being provided directly opposite the pixel electrode (11); a liquid crystal layer (30), arranged between the second substrate (20) and the first substrate (10); and an insulating layer (40), provided as separating the liquid crystal layer (30) from the common electrode (21) or the pixel electrode (11), the surface of the insulating layer (40) in proximity to the liquid crystal layer (30) being defined as a first surface (411), the first surface (411) being flush with the liquid crystal layer (30), the surface of the insulating layer (40) facing away from the liquid crystal layer (30) being a second surface (412), and different vertical distances being found between the second surface (412) and the first surface (411).
