Abstract:
A display panel (10) and a display device (100). The display panel (10) comprises: a display area (1) configured to display an image; a peripheral area (2) surrounding the display area (1); and at least one crack detection unit (4) provided on the peripheral area (2) and comprising a first light emitting unit (41) and a detection wiring (42), one end of the detection wiring (42) being electrically connected to the first light emitting unit (41), the other end of the detection wiring (42) being configured to receive a driving signal, and when the display panel (10) is in a detection mode, the driving signal being used for driving the first light emitting unit (41) to emit light. Cracks around the display panel (10) can be effectively detected.
