Abstract:
A display panel (1) and a display device. The display panel (1) comprises a cathode layer (12) formed by means of a low temperature process; a first gap (121) is formed on the cathode layer (12); on the basis of the first gap (121) formed on the cathode layer (12), electric field lines generated after a finger touches the screen are not shielded by the cathode layer (12) and can penetrates to a structure under the cathode. By forming the cathode layer (12) by the low temperature process, damages to a light emitting material are avoided.
