Abstract:
A display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a first area (11) and a second area (12); the first area (11) comprises a plurality of first pixel rows; the second area (12) comprises a plurality of second pixel rows; the first pixel rows and the second pixel rows each comprise a plurality of pixel points; the number of the pixel points of each first pixel row is greater than that of the pixel points of each second pixel row; the pixel points located on the first pixel rows are display pixel points; the plurality of pixel points located on the second pixel rows comprise a plurality of display pixel points and a plurality of virtual pixel points. Each display pixel point comprises a display pixel circuit, each virtual pixel point comprises a virtual pixel circuit, the virtual pixel circuit comprises a compensation unit (406), and the virtual pixel circuit is used for performing reset compensation when the display pixel circuits located on the same second pixel row are reset, thereby reducing the voltage difference at nodes (n1) of light emitting devices in the display pixel circuits after the display pixel circuits in the first area (11) and the second area (12) are reset, and further improving the display effect.
