Abstract:
A display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a fingerprint recognition area (FA), a cover plate (120), and an optically transparent layer (130); the optically transparent layer (130) at least covers the cover plate (120) located in the fingerprint recognition area (FA); the refractive index of the optically transparent layer (130) is larger than that of air and smaller than that of a finger; and the thickness of the optically transparent layer (130) is even times the half-wavelength of fingerprint recognition light. The half-wave loss and interference effect of light are used, and thus the fingerprint recognition effect is improved.
