The present application discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises: a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate. A pixel electrode is provided on the surface of the first substrate close to the liquid crystal layer; a spacer is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate and the spacer is in contact with the pixel electrode; the spacer comprises a body and conductive materials dispersed in the body, and the conductive materials make contact with each other after the body is pressed, so that the spacer is changed into a conductor from an insulator. According to the display panel, a signal voltage of a stress pressing part of the spacer can be reduced, and liquid crystal molecules at the pressing part are prevented from being rearranged, so that the phenomenon of uneven brightness of scratches can be avoided, and finally, the product quality is improved.
