The present application relates to the technical field of display, and provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises: a first display area and at least one second display area; a substrate; a plurality of sub-pixels located on the substrate, each sub-pixel being located in the first display area, and each sub-pixel comprising a common electrode; gate lines and data lines, at least one data line being located at the junction between the first display area and the second display area; a plurality of first conductive patterns, the first conductive patterns being at least located in the second display area, and each first conductive pattern being electrically connected to one of a gate line or a common electrode; and a plurality of second conductive patterns located in the second display area and are electrically connected to the data line at the junction, wherein the orthographic projection of some of the first conductive patterns on the substrate overlaps the orthographic projection of the second conductive patterns on the substrate. The load of the data line at the junction of the display panel is highly consistent with the load of the remaining data lines, and the display effect is good.
