Abstract:
A display panel drive method, comprising: dividing sub-pixels of a display panel into multiple sub-pixel groups, each sub-pixel group comprising the same number of sub-pixels having different colors; for each sub-pixel group, respectively adjusting gamma values of curves indicating changes of the brightness of the sub-pixels having different colors along with a driving voltage; and for each sub-pixel group, readjusting the adjusted gamma values according to the color characteristics of the sub-pixel group.
