A display panel (1), a drive method, and a display device. The display panel (1) comprises a plurality of first pixel units (11) and at least one second pixel unit (12), each pixel unit among the first pixel units (11) and the second pixel unit (12) comprises a plurality of sub-pixels, each sub-pixel in the first pixel unit (11) being located in a sub-pixel region, there are two sub-pixels in the first pixel unit (11) which are luminescent with a first color; the plurality of sub-pixels in the second pixel unit (12) are located among a plurality of sub-pixel regions arranged in an array, there are two adjacent sub-pixels in the second pixel unit (12) which are luminescent with a first color, the two adjacent sub-pixels being located in the same sub-pixel region. The arrangement of the first pixel units (11) and the second pixel units (12) simplifies a gamma correction process of the display panel (1).
