Abstract:
A display panel driving circuit (2) and method, wherein the voltage of a common electrode on a display panel is converted into a low-level voltage by controlling a low-level circuit (23) to work when the display panel is turned off so as to directly turn off the display panel and avoid an afterimage, thereby resolving the technical problem of afterimage in existing display devices after shutdown.
