Abstract:
A display panel and an electronic device. The display panel comprises a plurality of thin film transistors. The thin film transistor comprises: a first metal layer (114), a second metal layer (118), an active region, a gate dielectric layer (130), a gate metal layer (140), an interlayer dielectric layer (150), a source region metal layer (164), and a drain region metal layer (162). The active region comprises a channel region (120), a source region (122), and a drain region (124); the source region metal layer (164) is electrically connected to the source region (122) and the first metal layer (114) by means of a through hole; the drain region metal layer (162) is electrically connected to the drain region (124) and the second metal layer (118) by means of a through hole.
