A display panel, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display panel comprises: an array substrate (100), a packaging substrate (200) affixed to the array substrate (100), photosensitive components (300), and touch components (400). The photosensitive components (300) and the touch components (400) are formed between the packaging substrate (200) and the array substrate (100). Also, the touch components (400) are arranged between the photosensitive components (300) and the packaging substrate (200).
