Abstract:
A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display panel (100) comprises a semiconductor base substrate (110), a display array (120) and a thermal imaging array (130). The display array (120) is formed on the semiconductor base substrate (110) and comprises a plurality of display pixels (121) arranged in an array, wherein each display pixel (121) comprises at least one display sub-pixel (122), and each display sub-pixel (122) comprises a light-emitting element (123). The thermal imaging array (130) is formed on the semiconductor base substrate (110) and comprises a plurality of thermal imaging pixels (131), wherein each thermal imaging pixel (131) comprises at least one thermal imaging sub-pixel (132). The plurality of display sub-pixels (122) and the plurality of thermal imaging sub-pixels (132) are disposed in a mixed manner. In the display panel (100), a thermal imaging function is integrated into the display panel (100), so that the display panel (100) and the display device can have the thermal imaging function while the volume and weight of the display panel (100) and the display device (10) are reduced.
