A display panel, a manufacturing method therefor and a display device. The display panel comprises an array substrate (110) and an opposite substrate (120), which are oppositely arranged; the array substrate (110) comprises a first underlying substrate (111) and, disposed on the first underlying substrate, a source (112), a drain (113), an active layer (114), and a passivation layer (115) which is disposed on the source (112), the drain (113) and the active layer (114); the opposite substrate (120) comprises a second underlying substrate (121) and a gate (122) which is disposed on the second underlying substrate (121); the active layer (114) comprises a source region (1141), a drain region (1143), and a channel region (1142) which is between the source region (1141) and the drain region (1143), and a gate (122) and the passivation layer (115) which is located at the channel region (1142) are disposed oppositely, having a space therebetween. Thus, the display panel may be used to form a curved display panel, and has a high yield rate and is high quality.
