A display panel (10), a manufacturing method, and a display (20). The method comprises: S1: providing a base substrate; S2: patterning the edge of the base substrate to provide the base substrate with a recessed structure; S3: sequentially depositing a flexible substrate (12) and a stacked structure (13) on the patterned base substrate; and S4: peeling off the base substrate packaging to form a display panel. This scheme makes up for a warped part at the edge of the flexible substrate, increases the flatness of the surface of the flexible substrate away from the base substrate, and improves the film formation uniformity of the flexible substrate, thus increasing the stability and yield of a flexible display component.
