Abstract:
A display panel (100) and a manufacturing method therefor, the display panel comprising a micro light-emitting diode (30) and a thin film transistor (20) electrically connected to the micro light-emitting diode (30). The micro light-emitting diode (30) comprises an N-type semiconductor (34) and a P-type semiconductor (32). The P-type semiconductor (32) is adjacent to the thin film transistor (20), and the N-type semiconductor (34) is disposed at a side, facing away from the thin film transistor (20), of the P-type semiconductor (32). A surface, facing away from the P-type semiconductor (32), of the N-type semiconductor (34) is roughened by means of a plasma surface treatment process. Since the thickness of the N-type semiconductor (34) is greater than the thickness of the P-type semiconductor (32), when the N-type semiconductor (34) is roughened, the crystal quality of the material of the N-type semiconductor (34) is not affected, thereby increasing the light-emitting efficiency, while reducing the leakage current of the micro light-emitting diode (30).
