Abstract:
A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The display panel (10) comprises an array substrate (11) and a color film substrate (12) which are arranged opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer (13) arranged between the array substrate (11) and the color film substrate (12); the array substrate (11) comprises a transparent electrode layer (112); the transparent electrode layer (112) comprises a pixel electrode (1121) and a DBS electrode (1122) which are spaced apart, and the height of the DBS electrode (1122) is 0 to 1 micrometer lower than the height of the pixel electrode (1121). By reducing the vertical height of the DBS electrode (1122) with respect to the pixel electrode (1121), the electric field range of a data line (1111) can be effectively compressed, light leakage of the data line (1111) at upper and lower viewing angles is significantly reduced, the vertical crosstalk issue is mitigated, and the aperture ratio is not reduced.
