Abstract:
A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, comprising: forming on a substrate (110) an array drive layer (120), a bonding terminal (130), a passivation layer (140), a cover layer (160) and an electrode layer (170); patterning the cover layer (160) and the electrode layer (170) using a halftone mask, so that the cover layer (160) forms a first cover section (161) connected to the bonding terminal (130) via a first through hole (H1), and correspondingly forms a second cover section (162) on the array drive layer (120) of a display area (A1), and the electrode layer (170) forms a second electrode section (172) on the second cover section (162).
