The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, and provides a display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display panel comprises: a display substrate, having a display region, a binding region, and a spacing region located between the display region and the binding region; a touch layer, located on the surface of the display substrate and continuously disposed in the display region, the spacing region, and at least part of the binding region; a polarization layer, located at the side of the touch layer distant from the display substrate and disposed in the display region; a flexible circuit board, connected to the touch layer of the binding region, and located on the same surface of the touch layer as the polarization layer; and a protective structure, covering the touch layer of the spacing region. The touch layer is covered by providing the protective structure in the spacing region, so that the entire touch layer is not exposed to the outside, thereby avoiding the touch layer from being corroded, and solving the problem that the signal line of the touch layer is short-circuited.
