Abstract:
A display panel (100) and a manufacturing method therefor. The display panel (100) comprises a substrate (101), a first gate electrode (102a), a first gate insulating layer (103a), an active layer (104), an interlayer dielectric layer (105), a first via hole (h1), a second via hole (h2), a source electrode (106) and a drain electrode (107), wherein the active layer (104) is arranged on the substrate (101); and the active layer (104) at least comprises a first sub-active layer (104a) and a second sub-active layer (104b), which are arranged in a stacked manner, the second sub-active layer (104b) is arranged on the side of the first sub-active layer (104a) that is away from the substrate (101), and the number of gallium atoms in the first sub-active layer (104a) is greater than the number of gallium atoms in the second sub-active layer.
