Abstract:
A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a mobile terminal. The display panel comprises a substrate, a thin film transistor layer, an oxygen supplementation function layer, and an electrode layer; the thin film transistor layer comprises a gate, a gate insulating layer, an active layer, and a source-drain electrode layer; the active layer is made of a metal oxide semiconductor, and the electrode layer is made of a metal oxide material; and the oxygen content of the side of the oxygen supplementation function layer close to the electrode layer is greater than that of the side of the oxygen supplementation function layer close to the active layer.
