Abstract:
A display panel and manufacturing method thereof. The display panel comprises a first panel and a second panel disposed opposite thereto. The first panel comprises a non-display area having an integrated circuit (IC) disposed thereat. The non-display area also comprises a support part (2) at an area thereof and other than the area having the integrated circuit (IC) disposed thereat. The support part (2) has a height exceeding a height of the IC.
