Abstract:
A display panel (1000) and a manufacturing method therefor. The display panel (1000) comprises a substrate (10), a plurality of light-emitting diodes (20) and a cover plate (30), wherein the plurality of light-emitting diodes (20) are arranged on the substrate (10) in an array; and the cover plate (30) is arranged on the side of the light-emitting diodes (20) away from the substrate (10). The cover plate (30) comprises a cover plate body (301), a first light-shielding layer (31), which is arranged on the cover plate body (301) and close to the side of the substrate (10), and a second light-shielding layer (32), which is arranged on the cover plate body (301) and away from the side of the substrate (10), wherein the first light-shielding layer (31) comprises a plurality of first openings (312), and the second light-shielding layer (32) comprises a plurality of second openings (322), the first openings (312) and the second openings (322) all being arranged corresponding to the light-emitting diodes (20).
