The display panel comprises: a substrate (10), a light-emitting device layer (20) and a cover plate (30) which are sequentially stacked; and a quantum dot light conversion film (40) provided on one side, far away from the light-emitting device layer (20), of the substrate (10); wherein an optical modulation film (50) is provided between the substrate (10) and the quantum dot light conversion film (40).
