Abstract:
A display panel and a preparation method therefor. The display panel comprises a first substrate (201, 301, 401) and a second substrate (204, 304, 404) that are opposite to each other, comprises a frame sealing glue (202, 302, 402) arranged between the first substrate (201, 301, 401) and the second substrate (204, 304, 404), and comprises a black matrix (203, 303, 403) disposed on the second substrate (204, 304, 404). A projection of the black matrix (203, 303, 403) on the first substrate (201, 301, 401) is not overlapped with a projection of the frame sealing glue (202, 302, 402) on the first substrate (201, 301, 401). This helps the frame sealing glue (202, 302, 402) to be fully exposed to curing ultraviolet light, so that the curing efficiency of the frame sealing glue (202, 302, 402) is improved, the cohesiveness of the frame sealing glue is improved, and the problem of liquid crystal leakage caused by the cracking of the frame sealing glue is avoided.
