Abstract:
A display panel and a preparation method therefor, and a display system. The display panel comprises: an opposed substrate (100) and an array substrate (200) arranged oppositely, a liquid crystal layer (300) located between the opposed substrate (100) and the array substrate (200), and a reflecting polarizer (400) located on the opposed substrate (100). The reflecting polarizer (400) is located on one side of the liquid crystal layer (300) distant from the array substrate (200). The reflecting polarizer (400) enables the display panel to have a mirror effect, and thus the aesthetic feeling and the peep-proof capability of the display panel can be improved.
