Abstract:
A display panel, comprising a substrate, a metal wiring layer, an OLED light emitting layer, and a barrier layer, the barrier layer being arranged between the metal wiring layer and the OLED light emitting layer, and the barrier layer covering the metal wiring layer. Arranging a barrier layer capable of absorbing ultraviolet light on the metal wiring can prevent ultraviolet light rays of an exposure machine from irradiating lower layer metal wiring, avoiding bottom layer light rays from being reflected onto a planarisation layer, and reducing the risk of short circuiting or abnormal performance of an OLED device due to the non-planarity of film layers in the pixels.
