Abstract:
A display panel and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for a display panel comprises: forming, by means of the same first patterning process, a first contact hole (101) that penetrates at least part of a second film layer group (2) and a first via (201) which penetrates the second film layer group (2); and forming, by means of the same second patterning process, a second contact hole (102) that penetrates a first film layer group (1) and at least part of the second film layer group (2) and a second via (202) that penetrates the second film layer group (2). In addition, at least two patterning processes can be saved.
