Provided are a display panel (100) and a display terminal. The display panel (100) comprises a pixel defining layer (110), an inorganic barrier layer (120), an organic light-emitting material layer (130), and a thin film encapsulation structure (140). The pixel defining layer (110) has a plurality of openings arranged in an array. The inorganic barrier layer (120) is provided in an opening at an edge of the pixel defining layer (110), and one side thereof is provided with multiple first recesses spaced apart from one another. The organic light-emitting material layer (130) is provided in the opening in which the inorganic barrier layer (120) is located and positioned above the inorganic barrier layer (120). The thin film encapsulation structure (140) is provided over the pixel defining layer (110). The thin film encapsulation structure (140) is filled in the first recesses and encloses the organic light-emitting material layer (130).
