Abstract:
Disclosed are a display portion included in a mobile terminal capable of receiving wireless power and a method for manufacturing a wireless power receiving portion. A method for manufacturing the display portion and the wireless power receiving portion included in the mobile terminal, comprises: a first deposition step of depositing a first metal on a substrate; a first etching step of etching the first metal that is deposited through a first etching step, and simultaneously forming a plurality of thin-film transistor gate electrodes , which are included in each of a plurality of pixel circuits, respectively, and a gate electrode and/or a first diode of a transistor included in a processing circuit that forms the wireless power receiving portion; a second deposition step of depositing a second metal on the upper portion of the etched first metal; and a second etching step of simultaneously forming source electrodes/drain electrodes of the plurality of thin-film transistors and a source electrode/drain electrode of the transistor that is included in the processing circuit and/or a second electrode of the diode through a second etching step.
