The present application relates to the technical field of display, and provides a display screen, a display device, and a display screen manufacturing method. The display screen comprises an array substrate, an anode layer, a light-emitting layer, and a cathode layer which are sequentially stacked; the light-emitting layer comprises a plurality of light-emitting units and pixel defining layers used for isolating the light-emitting units, and the pixel defining layers are transparent layers; the cathode layer is provided with hollow areas corresponding to the pixel defining layers, and each hollow area is provided with a semi-transparent part and a light-transmitting part which passes through the cathode layer. In the present application, the provision of the light-transmitting parts can improve the light transmittance of the cathode layer corresponding to the pixel defining layers, thereby improving the effect of images acquired by a photosensitive element. In addition, the semi-transparent parts ensure that when light directed to the photosensitive element passes through the hollow areas, the occurrence of constructive interference in phase or amplitude is greatly reduced, thereby avoiding superposition of phases, reducing occurrence of diffraction, and improving the effect of images acquired by the photosensitive element.
