Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of display screen film layer manufacturing, in particular to a display screen film layer structure, a mobile terminal, and a manufacturing method for a film layer structure. The film layer structure comprises a combined film layer composed of color films and color resist materials and an encapsulation film composed of a silicon oxynitride layer, an organic encapsulation layer and a silicon nitride layer, the combined film layer being located in the encapsulation film. Regardless of whether the combined film layer composed of the color films and the color resist materials is arranged on an outer side or an inner side of the encapsulation film, the film layer structure composed of the combined film layer and the encapsulation film reducing a light emergent range of a display screen is caused. In the present disclosure, a combined film layer composed of color films and color resist materials is arranged in an encapsulation film, such that a light emergent range of a film layer structure of a display screen can be increased, and the degree of brightness attenuation by the film layer structure can be reduced by increasing the light emergent range, thereby improving the brightness of the display screen, further reducing the degree of color cast caused by the decrease in the brightness, and finally improving the experience of a user on the display screen.
