Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a display screen using a hybrid light-emitting diode and a manufacturing method therefor. The display screen comprises: a backplate, a first conductive layer, a red quantum-dot light-emitting diode QLED, a green QLED, a blue organic light-emitting diode OLED and a second conductive layer, wherein the first conductive layer is located on the surface of the backplate, and the polarity of the first conductive layer is anodic; the red QLED, the green QLED and the blue OLED are respectively located in a first region, a second region and a third region of the surface of the first conductive layer, the red QLED is a light-emitting diode using red quantum dots as a light-emitting layer, the green QLED is a light-emitting diode using green quantum dots as a light-emitting layer and the blue OLED is a light-emitting diode using a blue organic light-emitting material as a light-emitting layer, and any two regions of the first region, the second region and the third region are not overlapped with each other; and the second conductive layer is located on the surface of the red QLED, the green QLED and the blue OLED, and the polarity of the second conductive layer is cathodic. The display screen of the present application has a wider color gamut range and a longer service life.
