A display substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The manufacturing method for a display substrate (200) comprises: forming a display region (21) and a non-display region (22), the non-display region (22) comprising a perforated region (222); forming a first barrier wall (23) between the display region (21) and the perforated region (222), the first barrier wall (23) surrounding the perforated region (222) and comprising a first metal layer structure, a recess (231) being formed on at least one side surface of the first metal layer structure surrounding the perforated region (222); after the first barrier wall (23) is formed, forming a conductive layer pattern (218) in the display region (21) and on the first barrier wall (23), wherein the forming a conductive layer pattern (218) comprises: forming a conductive material layer (2180) on the display region (21) and the first barrier wall (23), the conductive material layer (2180) being interrupted at the first barrier wall (23), and patterning the conductive material layer (2180) to form the conductive layer pattern (218). By combining a camera device with the display region (21), the display substrate (200) has a large screen-to-body ratio and good display effects and reliability.
