Abstract:
A display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display substrate comprises: a wafer base (1); a metal reflective structure (2) positioned at the wafer base and electrically connected to a transistor, the metal reflective structure having a protrusion (21) protruding away from the wafer base; a first insulation layer (3) positioned at one side of the metal reflective structure away from the wafer base, a surface of a portion of the first insulation layer corresponding to the metal reflective structure and located away from the metal reflective structure being flush with a top surface of the protrusion; and a transparent anode (4) positioned at one side of the first insulation layer away from the metal reflective structure. In the display substrate, the first insulation layer is provided on the metal reflective structure. Since the surface of the portion of the first insulation layer corresponding to the metal reflective structure is flush with the top surface of the protrusion, the transparent anode provided on the first insulation layer is not affected by the protrusion and so can be relatively flat.
