Abstract:
Provided are a display substrate and method for manufacture thereof, a display panel, and a display device. The display substrate comprises a thin-film transistor array layer; a semiconductor material layer pattern (30) of a drive transistor in the thin-film transistor array layer comprises a first trench part (40), the first trench part (40) comprising a first sub-trench part and a second sub-trench part; the semiconductor material layer pattern (30) further comprises a first conductive part (41); the angle between the line where the current direction of conduction of the first sub-trench part is located and the line where the direction of extension of a data line (D1) is located is a first angle; the angle between the line where the current direction of conduction of the second sub-trench part is located and the line where the direction of extension of the data line (D1) is located is a second angle; the angle between the line where the current direction of conduction of the first conductive part (41) is located and the line where the direction of extension of the data line (D1) is located is a third angle; the first angle is smaller than the second angle, and the third angle is smaller than the second angle. The display substrate can reduce the visual defect of uneven display brightness, and improve the quality and yield of the display substrate.
