Abstract:
Disclosed are a display substrate and a method for preparing same, and a display apparatus. The display substrate comprises: a base substrate (1), wherein a light-shielding layer (13), a first insulating layer (14), a first metal layer (15), a second insulating layer (16), and a light-emitting device (17) are successively arranged on the base substrate (1) in a superposed manner, wherein the second insulating layer (16) is provided with a first groove (18) and a second groove (19); the part of the second insulating layer (16) between the first groove (18) and the second groove (19) constitutes a retaining wall structure (20); with respect to the second groove (19), the first groove (18) is located at a side of the retaining wall structure (20) close to the light-emitting device (17); the first metal layer (15) comprises: a signal line (21) located at a side of the first groove (18) away from the retaining wall structure (20), and a connection terminal (22) located at a side of the second groove (19) away from the retaining wall structure (20); the light-shielding layer (13) comprises a connection lead (23); and the signal line (21) and the connection terminal (22) are electrically connected through the connection lead (23).
